I have two children, in the same age group, both boys. Will their backpacks be identical?
Each backpack will vary slightly from the next. For example the magnetic games, toys, card games, peg games, activity books, books, comic books and coloring books may be different. Other items may vary depending upon availability.

How often do you change the contents of the bags?
Some items change from bag to bag (see question above). Other items change monthly and/or seasonally.

Can I customize a backpack?
Backpacks may be customized by adding additional items to the bags. See our add-in items by clicking here.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Backpack orders of 10 or more (any combination of backpacks) are offered at a discount rate. For current pricing please email us at sales@roadtripkid.com or call us Customer Service at (360) 863-2500 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.

Do you offer private labeling?
Orders of 100 or more backpacks can be private labeled. Customer must pay for all set up and printing charges. Backpacks are offered at a special discount price and contents may be customized. Custom backpacks are subject to a lead time for set up, printing, assembly and packaging. Do you sell/share my email address with other companies?
No. Your email address is used exclusively by us to communicate with you regarding your order, or (if you subscribe to our free email newsletter) to notify you of special promotions and offers.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes. Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. (Also check for it in your bulk or junk folder, the email might have accidently been filtered). If you did not receive this confirmation, please email service@roadtripkid.com or call Customer Service at (360) 863-2500 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please mail your order request along with payment. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A sales tax of 8.5% is added to each order shipped to a Washington State address, in compliance with the law. Orders shipped to all other locations are not charged sales tax.

What are my shipping options?
For most items, you can choose between Standard Shipping (6-10 business days), 2-Days Express Delivery (2 business days) and Overnight Delivery (1 business day).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order and the method of shipping. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping usually take 6 to 10 business days to arrive. However, 2-Days Express Delivery or Overnight Delivery are available on most items. 2-Days Express Delivery orders arrive in two business days while Overnight Delivery orders arrive in one business day.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, but not via the internet.  Please call Customer Service at (360) 793-4310 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday for International Orders.
